Filter Definitions

The analytics platform contains multiple filters that allow you to view your data in any number of configurations.

Label: The Label drop-down menu allows you to filter data by a specific label.

Sub Label: The Sub Label drop-down menu allows you to filter data by a specific sub label.

Artists: The Artist drop-down menu allows you to filter data by a specific artist.

Media Type: The Media Type drop-down menu allows you to filter data by a specific media type. Choose Track to show only track information or Album to show only album information.

Titles: The Title drop-down menu will be accessible when both Artist and Media Type filters have been applied. This menu allows you to filter data by a specific title.

Content Types: The Content Type drop-down menu allows you to filter data by the following:

  • Streaming
  • Downloads
  • Pre-Orders

Retailers: The Retailers drop-down menu allows you to filter data by a specific retailer.

Note: By default, the top 8 retailers are shown in the Retailers filter. The filters react to the choices you have made. For example, if you have chosen Stream as a content type, only retailers that include a streaming service will populate the Retailers drop down menu.

Territories: The Territories drop-down menu allows you to filter data by a specific territory.

Countries: The Countries drop-down menu allows you to filter data by a specific country.

Note: The Countries drop-down menu will only be accessible if a territory has been selected.

Tip: All of the filters include a search function which may be helpful when a filter contains a large amount of data e.g. country lists, artist lists, etc. Simply type in the information you are looking for in the filter box and the results will be populated accordingly.
