Why is my content not live?

There can be many reasons why your content is not live.

First, always check the status and condition of your product in central. Central will provide you with a descriptive status message for each product. If a product is not in a 'released' state, it is still working it's way through our distribution workflow.

Second, ensure that the product is opted in to the appropriate music services. You can find this information in the Deliveries section of the product detail page.

The most common reason a 'released' product is not live is because it is being QC'd by the music service provider.
