Understanding Dates

You'll notice many date fields relating to your content in various areas of Central. These dates are defined as follows:

Release Date

The primary date on which the product will go live at music services. Generally, normal Release Dates cause the product to go live as the eastern-most timezone in each given country crosses into that date at midnight.

Timed Release Date

A specialized type of Release Date supported by a limited number of music services. Timed Release Dates also have an assigned global time at which the release will go live in all territories at the same moment for the selected music services who support it.

Pre-Order Date

The date on which the product will go live as a pre-order at music services that support pre-orders.

Exclusive Date

The date on which the product will go live exclusively at the designated exclusive music service prior to the designated general Release Date.  Once the Release Date arrives, the product will go live on all remaining delivered music services.

Submitted Date

The date on which the product was submitted for review.

Import Date

The date on which Ingrooves approved and imported the product into Releases.

Processed Date

The last date on which the Condition of your product changed.

Ordered Date

The date on which a delivery to a given music service was triggered.

Transferred Date

The date on which a delivery to a given music service completed at the music service.  Ingestion at the music service may take a number of days after this date to complete.
