NOTE: Ingrooves’ Trends shows overall YouTube user consumption, which may include revenue and non-revenue generating plays. The data provided by Digital Service Providers (DSPs) shown in Trends Now is intended to indicate current trends, not final sales. DSPs typically perform audits and verifications before providing final end-of-month sales reports, so those reports may differ from what they previously reported in trend data.
This section provides definitions for the YouTube terms used in Trends Now. YouTube houses numerous types of content, which have been organized into the following categories.

Music Video |
Video and audio content that includes official music videos, remixes, and lyric videos. |
Official music videos, remixes, and lyric videos appear here if the content is managed by Ingrooves through its partner network. If the video content is not managed by our network, official videos or lyric videos will not show up in this bucket. |
Premium UGC |
Video content that is managed by partner networks other than Ingrooves' partner network. |
Video content uploaded by a third party that contains copyrighted segments that meet the length and proportionality requirements to be treated the same as partner-provided licensed content. |
UGC |
Users who upload their own video versions that include content you own. Includes non-partner network content uploaded to official artist sources. |
Video content uploaded by a third party that contains content that you own as determined by a Content ID match or a manual claim. The match policy associated with that claim determines where and how the video is available on YouTube. |
